2 steps that can save you time
from anywhere, at any time, wherever and whenever it is convenient for you to fill out the registration form, pay for the room and thus gain access to your room. Especially helpful for check-in after 10pm.
An e-mail from us
You will receive an e-mail from us after you have booked your room with the suggestion to fill out a registration form. This is an option for you if you arrive before 10pm. If you arrive after 10pm, filling out the registration form is a requirement to check in.
However, check-in to the hotel is only possible on the day of arrival. You can of course fill out the registration form earlier.
Step 1: Fill out the registration form
If you follow the link in your email, you can fill out the registration form online. To do this, you should provide all the necessary data such as your first and last name, date of birth, etc. If you need an invoice for a company, you can also provide the company's address so that you receive the correct invoice.
If you are arriving by car, please also indicate the licence plate.
To sign the registration form, please move your mouse or fingers over the screen of your mobile phone.
Step 2: Payment
It is possible to pay online. If you check in before 10pm, you can skip this step and pay at reception if you wish.
Access data
Once you have completed the registration form and payment, you will receive all the access data by e-mail, which you can use to open all the neccessary doors. If you have any questions during your arrival, don't hesitate to contact us by telephone at any time.
You do not have to report to reception on the day of your departure.
